Preview of the TINE Case Study

TINE boosts Lighthouse scores from 50 to 100 with Enonic

TINE, a major Norwegian dairy cooperative, and its subsidiary Fjordland faced challenges with outdated digital solutions, including a mobile-unfriendly website and fragmented systems built on various CMS platforms. These issues led to cumbersome maintenance and a poor user experience. They partnered with the vendor Enonic to modernize their tech stack.

Enonic implemented a solution using their Next.XP integration to combine the Enonic CMS with the Next.js framework and TINE's own KREM design system. This provided a modern, mobile-friendly website with a streamlined editorial workflow. The results were significant, with Google Lighthouse scores improving from approximately 50 to 100, indicating vastly faster load times and an enhanced user experience.
