Posten, Norway’s postal service, needed to replace a fragmented, non-responsive website that made it difficult for customers to find information across multiple systems and brands. Working with Enonic and its XP content platform, Posten aimed to create a simpler, more accessible digital experience with a single search covering editorial content, postal codes, addresses, and post offices.

Enonic implemented a unified search experience by integrating separate data sources into one platform with a single search engine, facets for each content type, relevance-based ranking, autocomplete, and accessibility features like keyboard support, high contrast, and larger fonts. The result was a lightning-fast, all-in-one search that unified over two million postal codes and addresses with editorial content, improved usability and accessibility, and simplified internal content management.
