Helsedirektoratet boosts quality assurance to 96.2 with Enonic

The Norwegian Directorate of Health faced a challenge with its outdated digital solution, which consisted of numerous poor-integration tools and an old SharePoint platform. This sluggish system could not meet user expectations for quick access to verified health information or the authority's requirements for content reuse and distribution across multiple channels. The directorate selected the vendor Enonic and its digital platform to implement a new solution.

Enonic provided a universal CMS that enabled the directorate to manage content for its two primary websites from one place using a reusable structured content model based on atomic design principles. The solution included an API for distributing content to third parties. Results included a dramatic increase in quality assurance scores from 60.1 to 96.2 out of 100, high user satisfaction, and the ability to handle updates continuously instead of every 3-4 months. Enonic's platform also ensured high availability and scaling for the directorate's digital channels.
