Casino and Scientific Games Company, a Chicago-based casino gaming machines and devices client, needed an Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) implementation to support HR Analytics and extract additional source DFFs (Descriptive Flexfields). The challenge was to complete an out-of-the-box OBIEE 11g HR Analytics deployment with minimal customization while handling more than 90 existing HR reports.

ennVee TechnoGroup configured the full OBIEE stack, developed and implemented a custom DFF extract, and tuned ETL processes to improve performance. As a result, the project was delivered smoothly, enabling better HR data extraction and fit-gap analysis for all 90+ reports, while ennVee TechnoGroup also trained power users on RPD, Informatica 9.0.1, Answers, and DAC to reduce future reliance on outside consultants.
