Vétoquinol, a global veterinary pharmaceutical group, faced fragmented document stores and multiple eDM/claims tools that threatened regulatory compliance and GMP standards without adding headcount. To address this, Vétoquinol selected Ennov, deploying Ennov Doc (eDMS) and Ennov QMS to provide a unified, compliant document and quality management platform.

Ennov implemented the solution through cross-site workshops and best-practice configurations, launching eDMS and QMS together; the eDMS was configured in four months and over 15,000 documents (40 types) were imported. Today the Ennov system supports about 2,000 users across eleven sites, was delivered on time and on budget, harmonized practices, improved regulatory compliance, and delivered cost savings equivalent to three full-time positions.
