Maincare Solutions, a French provider of hospital administrative suites (M‑GAM, M‑GELF, M‑RH), needed to add electronic document management for patient financial and administrative documents on an accelerated timeline without distracting from core product development. Rather than build an EDM in‑house, Maincare selected Ennov — specifically Ennov Doc accessed via Ennov’s REST API and related services — as an OEM partner to provide a proven, healthcare‑ready solution.

Ennov implemented Ennov Doc and supporting services (PDF conversion, OCR, LDAP sync, scanner connector, document import and configuration transfer) fully integrated into Maincare’s suite. The Ennov partnership allowed Maincare to rapidly deliver a regulatory‑compliant EDM capability: 35 healthcare establishments now use the integrated solution, Maincare met its commercial objectives, and customers report high satisfaction with the Ennov solution.
