Aguettant, an independent French pharmaceutical company marketing over 250 essential medicines in 60+ countries with more than 300 marketing authorizations, faced growing regulatory complexity as its global portfolio expanded. To centralize product registration information, streamline lifecycle management, and prepare for ISO IDMP while achieving strong ROI, Aguettant selected Ennov and its Regulatory solutions (including Ennov Doc, Ennov Process and Ennov Dossier) to address their Regulatory Information Management (RIM) needs.

Ennov worked in co‑development with Aguettant to deliver an off‑the‑shelf Ennov RIM module integrated into the Ennov Regulatory suite; the system was rolled out worldwide and is now used by 400+ employees. The Ennov solution increased productivity and compliance (ISO IDMP ready), secured market authorizations through better planning and reporting, sped time to market via document reuse, and delivered significant time and cost savings consistent with the anticipated strong ROI.
