Horiba (HORIBA Medical), a global leader in hematology diagnostics, faced rapid data growth and fragmented document processes across departments. To eliminate paper, cut time spent searching for information, and break down silos, Horiba selected Ennov and its Ennov Doc document management platform to standardize workflows and share information across roughly 600 users managing tens of thousands of files.

Ennov configured and deployed Ennov Doc across five departments in a six-month rollout, migrating 20,000 documents in the initial phase and validating the system; over the next two years Ennov completed migrations totaling 60,000 documents. The Ennov implementation included usability workshops, compliance validation (no FDA remarks), and training, resulting in harmonized product file management, improved productivity and reliability, and plans to expand Ennov company-wide and into additional regions.
