LOOM Barcelona is a 2,500 sq ft, three-floor coworking space in Torre Glòries that hosts startups and SMEs around the clock. Facing abundant floor‑to‑ceiling daylight and strict EN12464 glare/comfort standards, the owner engaged Enlighted and European partner LEDS C4 to deliver lighting, connectivity and digital services that balance occupant comfort, flexible rental needs and energy-efficient operation.

LEDS C4 installed 150 Enlighted D4i smart sensors integrated with a centralized Energy Manager and DALI platform to enable daylight harvesting, occupancy-based control, room-level presets and cloud reporting. The sensor-dense system autonomously adjusts luminaires, supports remote management and API-driven space services, reduced energy use by up to 85%, improved visual comfort (reducing glare and fatigue) and delivered data-driven tools that boost tenant productivity and operational efficiency.
