Chakra, a home-bath textiles and personal care brand serving customers since 2005, wanted to improve the performance of its Facebook remarketing campaigns. Although it was reaching site visitors who had not purchased, its conversion rates and return on ad spend were below expectations, so it needed a more efficient audience for retargeting with Enhencer AI Ads.
