Trinitas Ventures, a Lafayette, Indiana student housing developer, owner, and manager, wanted to stand out in the competitive lease-up process by giving digital-savvy prospects more transparency and self-service options. The company needed a better way to show real-time availability, let students search precise unit criteria from anywhere, and support leasing outside the office. Engrain’s TouchTour for iPad, along with TouchTour and SightMap, was selected to help meet that goal.

Engrain implemented TouchTour for iPad with integration to Trinitas Ventures’ Entrata property management system, giving prospects and onsite teams a more interactive leasing experience. The results were strong: Trinitas reached 81% leased before opening portfolio-wide in the first year after implementation, exceeding its 80% target. The solution also became a year-round sales-enablement tool, with staff, parents, and students praising its ease of use and real-time visualization.
