The Need to Upgrade to Intuitive Visualization Technology

LMC, a Lennar company and Charlotte-based multifamily developer, needed a more intuitive visualization platform to support its many lease-ups across the country. Engrain implemented TouchTour, branded by LMC as “Elle,” with custom integrations for real-time availability, guest card syncing, YieldStar pricing, and Matterport tours. The result was a more streamlined, visual prospect experience, faster lease-up operations, and a flexible system that LMC continues to refine through associate feedback; the company now has more than 40 TouchTours across its portfolio.
