CAF Management, which manages 39 communities in Frisco, Texas, needed a way to help The Residence at North Dallas stand out in an emerging submarket crowded with newer Class A developments. To create a stronger prospect experience and add some “wow factor,” the company looked for a touchscreen kiosk solution, ultimately selecting Engrain’s TouchTour® Core.
Engrain implemented TouchTour at the 1,032-unit community, giving prospects an interactive, visual way to explore the property, locate specific units, view floor plans, and receive customized follow-up emails with photos and floor plans. The result was a more engaging leasing experience and strong positive feedback from both prospects and staff, though no measurable leasing lift had been reported yet because the rollout was still early.
