Zwilling, a German manufacturer of premium cookware, faced the challenge of converting shoppers in a crowded retail space where its higher price point and wide product range made quick, confident purchase decisions difficult and retail staff weren’t always product experts. To address this, Engagis installed an interactive touchscreen with a self‑discovery application in Zwilling’s retail space at Myer (Sydney CBD) to help customers explore products and get detailed, relevant information.

Engagis’s solution lets shoppers scan QR tags for product specs or use the touchscreen to browse categories, view images and videos, answer questions (like cooktop type) and receive tailored recommendations. The Engagis system reduced dependence on staff by acting like an extra knowledgeable salesperson, increased guided self‑service engagement and commitment to buy, and helped Zwilling improve customer engagement and drive incremental sales.
