Suncorp creates moments that matter with new Discovery Centre

Suncorp, one of Australia’s largest banking, insurance and financial services providers, needed to create a unified, immersive “one-stop shop” experience across its diverse brands and shift from product-selling to customer-focused “moments that matter.” To bring that vision to life for its new two-storey Discovery Store in Sydney, Suncorp partnered with Engagis to build the digital and visual backbone of the space.

Engagis designed and implemented multiple digital touchpoints — large interactive touch screens for workshops, medium screens in meeting rooms, smaller kiosks running a “Discovery” app and a large video wall — integrated into the amphitheatre-led store layout and staff workflows. The Engagis solution broadened the conversations Suncorp has with customers and delivered measurable outcomes, including an improvement in Net Promoter Score for visitors to the Discovery Centre.
