Sennheiser launches flagship Sydney Store with large scale LED displays

Sennheiser, the premium audio brand, wanted to strengthen its challenger strategy and increase awareness beyond its traditional retail channels when it opened a flagship store in Sydney’s CBD. To support the new store’s premium positioning and help draw customers in, it worked with Engagis to add large-scale LED display technology to the retail environment.

Engagis supplied two LED displays for the flagship store: a 3m x 2m street-facing screen and a 3m x 3m internal display. The screens showcase product messaging, new products, promotions, and lifestyle imagery, helping create an emotional connection with the brand; Sennheiser reported increased store traffic from the external display, while the internal screen reinforced premium brand perception and supported sales through engaging product presentation.
