NAB engaged Engagis to help launch NAB on George, a flagship branch at 333 George Street intended as a showpiece for integrated customer service and a testbed for future retail strategy. Engagis was asked to deliver a full-service digital transformation and a “test and learn” environment to pilot new customer experiences and offerings.

Engagis implemented innovative in-branch digital tools and an ongoing experimentation program that lets customers try pre-market products and services and be matched with the right expertise. The solution has increased local customer engagement and given NAB a wealth of customer insights and flexible digital capabilities to inform future branch rollouts.
