Flexible video conferencing solution delivered rapidly

Calibre Group, a large global engineering firm, needed a modern, flexible video-conferencing solution because their legacy system could not integrate with Zoom or Microsoft Teams across multiple offices. Engagis was engaged to deliver a rapid solution that would support a companywide event running on Zoom and then convert the room to a Crestron/Microsoft Teams Room as the permanent platform.

Engagis procured and installed dual 65" displays, a Crestron DMPS presentation switcher, extenders, a touch panel, and supplementary AV components, decommissioned the old system, and provided onsite event support. The solution was delivered on time and on budget within two weeks, supported a company event with over 200 attendees across 60 sites, and is now being rolled out by Engagis to additional Calibre Group offices.
