Caltex faced an ageing digital signage network in its StarMart and Foodary outlets and engaged Engagis to fully upgrade and manage the system — replacing screens, deploying media players and internet connectivity, and providing 24/7/365 support — with the goal of improving reliability and leveraging screens to drive incremental retail sales.

Engagis completed rapid rollouts (440 StarMart sites in 3.5 weeks, 70 Foodary sites in 2 weeks, peak 51 sites in one day) and now supports 1,000+ HD screens across 500+ sites with full content and ad management. Engagis also partnered with media seller Motio to monetise the network, delivering two revenue streams for Caltex (ad revenue share plus incremental point-of-purchase sales) through targeted promotions and campaigns.
