Calibre launches Microsoft Teams rooms in 2 weeks with Engagis

Calibre Group, a large global engineering firm, was unable to integrate modern platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams with their legacy video conferencing system. They needed a flexible and modern solution to enable seamless collaboration across their multiple offices. They engaged Engagis to provide a new audiovisual solution.

Engagis rapidly delivered a complete Microsoft Teams room system for Calibre's Brisbane office, sourcing and installing dual displays and Crestron hardware within a compressed two-week timeline. This allowed a major company-wide event with over 200 attendees to proceed successfully on Zoom before the room was permanently switched to Teams. As a result of the successful implementation, Engagis is now working with Calibre to roll out the solution to additional office locations.
