ANZ Bank faced long queues, manual double‑handling and poor accountability at its 1,000+ staff head office as part of its "New Ways of Working" initiative: visitor registration was processed by reception staff, hosts had to be contacted manually, lost access passes caused delays, and security cards could not be reliably tracked.
