Engaging Networks provided the tools for a multi-pronged solution involving a targeted re-engagement email stream, a paid acquisition campaign on Care2 and Facebook, and a strategy to boost organic reach. The measurable impact was significant, resulting in nearly 35,000 newly-engaged activists. The Fairtrade Foundation also saw an overall increase in open and click-through rates from these supporters.
