West Los Angeles College - Customer Case Study

West Los Angeles College, an ACCJC-accredited California community college serving nearly 11,000 students, wanted a better way to reach students who overwhelmingly prefer mobile communications and to help them navigate its 70‑acre campus. After evaluating options, West chose Engage2Serve and its e2s Mobile campus engagement app to deliver campus services and information directly to students’ smartphones and tablets.

Engage2Serve implemented the e2s Mobile app with customizable branding and features including campus news feeds, single‑click portal and LMS access, staff directories, searchable schedules, FAQs, campus maps with location‑based directions, security contacts, and mobile alerts.
