Leading Global Boutique, a New York–based investment manager with about $3 billion AUM trading equities, swaps, options and futures, faced costly fragmentation from three disjointed systems (OMS, accounting and a data warehouse) that required daily manual “wipe and load” processes, multiple local IT servers and outside contractors.
