Jury's Inn Custom House, a 239-room hotel in Dublin near the IFSC, wanted to cut energy use and qualify for the Green Tourism Business Scheme but lacked the time and resources for hands-on energy management. EnergyCAP stepped in to provide an energy management and monitoring solution to track electricity, gas and water across HVAC, kitchen and other hotel systems.

EnergyCAP deployed real-time metering with LAN and GPRS data feeds, an online dashboard, automatic alerts and a custom lobby Energy TV Display to highlight live consumption. Using EnergyCAP’s insights the maintenance team identified major loads, adjusted timer settings and other controls, cutting air-handling energy use by more than 25% and helping Jury's Inn Custom House achieve the Gold level in the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
