Energy Management & Analytics Drives Forward Leed Certification And Sustainability At Pontifical Catholic University Of Peru

Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) set out its Master Sustainability Plan 2030 to make campus buildings more resource‑efficient and LEED‑compliant, and needed a turnkey solution to collect smart‑meter data, track energy and water use, and report metrics to USGBC’s ARC. Regenerativa required a platform that could provide continuous visibility, baseline establishment and verification for LEED credits — EnergyCAP was engaged to provide an energy management and analytics solution with smart‑meter integration to meet those needs.

EnergyCAP delivered automated data collection, 24/7 monitoring, analytics dashboards, KPI tracking, CO2 and water metering, and ARC‑ready reporting to support verification and savings demonstration. As a result, PUCP now has six LEED‑certified buildings monitored (two more in process), improved ability to benchmark and verify energy savings, and ongoing measurable outputs such as monthly kWh, kWh per space and interval data for reporting and operational improvements using EnergyCAP.
