Bisagni Environmental Enterprise (BEE) is a sustainability engineering and technology consultancy specialising in green buildings and LEED certification. Faced with a complex, multi-site rollout for a global luxury retail client across APAC and beyond, BEE needed advanced metering, continuous monitoring and analytics to meet LEED v4.1 requirements and to normalise energy data across fragmented store estates. To meet this challenge BEE partnered with EnergyCAP for a white‑labelled energy management solution and turnkey metering and monitoring services.

EnergyCAP supplied a hardware‑agnostic energy management platform, pre‑configured plug‑and‑play meters and analytics integrated with BEE’s QLEAR system, enabling alerts, benchmarking, activity mapping and “what‑if” cost analyses. Using EnergyCAP’s solution BEE identified poor-performing sites, diagnosed TVOC and HVAC issues, justified operational fixes with quantified kWh/cost impacts, and scaled services to 200+ projects in 18 countries. Measurable results from the partnership include a 150% increase in software revenue and customer base (Mar ’16–Mar ’17), a largest deal of €200,000 and €320,000 in SaaS revenue (Mar ’16–Mar ’18), while supporting client progress toward LEED certification.
