Case Study: Energenic achieves 620 MWh energy savings and €88K financial savings with Energis SA's Energis.Cloud

Energis.Cloud helping the decarbonization of breweries

Energenic worked with breweries in Cameroon to tackle high energy use, inefficient production-line monitoring, and unplanned stoppages that hindered decarbonization efforts. To address these challenges they partnered with Energis SA, deploying Energis.Cloud energy-management software and the RaspICY data logger to collect and centralize consumption data and enable remote control and automation.

Energis SA implemented a solution of measurement-device installs (electricity, compressed air, water, CO2), Modbus/LORA integration, centralized data via RaspICY, and analysis, modeling and alerts on the Energis.Cloud platform, with IPMVP-based measurement & verification. The project delivered measurable results — ~620 MWh saved and ~€88K financial savings in one year, plus 2.5 fewer workdays per month through automation — while reducing compressed-air and lighting waste and preventing breakdowns.
