Meridian Technology Center, a technical school with 100+ staff, wanted a better way to understand employee sentiment, strengthen workplace culture, and turn feedback into action. To do that, the organization worked with Energage and used the Energage Survey to capture employee input and identify areas for improvement, including professional development, team building, and innovation.
With Energage, Meridian reviewed survey results through a cross-functional committee, communicated findings back to staff, and used the insights to shape training programs and its five-year strategic plan. The approach helped Meridian improve its survey results by 9% year over year, score 6% higher than competitors in the Education benchmark, and earn recognition as an Oklahoma Top Workplace for three consecutive years, rising from No. 7 to No. 4 in the midsize business category.
