Case Study: INCOE Corporation boosts employee engagement with Energage

A Energage Case Study

Preview of the INCOE Corporation Case Study

Global Plastics Company Reinforces Culture, Improves Employee Engagement

INCOE Corporation, a 100% family-owned global plastics company, wanted to preserve its close-knit culture as it grew and introduced a Lean Manufacturing program. Concerned that expansion could weaken communication and employee engagement, INCOE turned to Energage and its employee survey to gather feedback, identify emerging issues, and understand where improvements were needed.

Using the Energage Survey, INCOE built a communication-focused action plan that included an open-door policy, rewards for suggestions, anonymous feedback channels, counseling services, and benefit education sessions. The approach helped improve engagement by five percent since 2015, boosted communication scores to 26 percent above benchmark, increased “New Ideas” scores by six percent, and helped INCOE earn a place on the Detroit Free Press 2016 Top Workplaces list.
