Fellowship Community Culture Makes Four-Year Recipient of Top Workplaces

Fellowship Community, a faith-based continuing care organization with 359 staff members, wanted a better way to understand organizational health, support employee engagement, and strengthen its culture as it grew. The team turned to Energage and its Survey to pinpoint improvement areas, highlight strengths, and help leadership focus resources on better resident care and a stronger workplace.

Using the Energage Survey, Fellowship Community reinforced a culture of appreciation, professional development, mentorship, and community involvement. The results helped the organization continue improving employee morale and retention, and it earned a fourth consecutive placement on The Morning Call Top Workplaces list while scoring 15% above the healthcare industry benchmark, an 8% improvement over 2015.
