Energage Coach Breaks Down Silos

HeatTek, a growing manufacturer of industrial ovens and manufacturing systems, needed a better way to communicate with employees and replace ineffective, anxiety-inducing review systems. To help address the challenge, HeatTek turned to Energage and its Energage Coach program.

Energage implemented the Catalytic Coaching process, an eight-week annual cycle supported by training and tools that helped employees and leaders communicate more openly and focus on future goals. The result was stronger cross-team collaboration, clearer career goals, several key promotions, and better role alignment, with CEO Craig Plowman saying the company had made significant progress over the last four years and was breaking down silos.
