Jamestown Properties, a commercial real estate company, sought to improve the energy efficiency and maintain the high ENERGY STAR ratings of its Class A buildings. Through Enel X's EIS, Jamestown gained real-time monitoring capabilities, which allowed an operations manager to identify a faulty firmware issue causing a significant nightly energy spike. This discovery led to an immediate fix, saving $14,300 annually. Furthermore, the Enel X software provided robust measurement and verification for capital projects, accurately quantifying a savings of 594,852 kWh and $151,627 during their hold of one property, while also reducing its annual operating costs by $145,115.
