Enel X implemented its Energy Intelligence Software by installing a device behind the company’s firewall to securely stream BMS data to the cloud platform. Using regular analysis and cross-site benchmarking, Enel X helped the customer optimize night shutdowns and holiday/weekend setbacks, leading to estimated savings of $130,000 per year from improved night shutdown performance and $10,000 per year from holiday and weekend reductions, along with a new weekend setback protocol and stronger alignment across all 10 participating facilities.
