Grady Memorial, a major Atlanta hospital, faced the challenge of needing to transition from its legacy EndoWorks endoscopy software to a new solution that would ensure seamless data migration and improve workflow efficiency. The hospital turned to vendor EndoSoft and its EndoVault Oncology endoscopy software to meet this need.

EndoSoft implemented its EndoVault software, successfully migrating all discrete data, images, and reports while preserving native accessibility. Crucially, EndoSoft developed a first-of-its-kind API integration with the hospital's Epic system, allowing clinicians to access EndoVault directly through Epic. This streamlined workflows by reducing clicks, lessening change fatigue, and increasing EHR usability. The solution was so successful it was expanded from the gastroenterology department to also include pulmonary imaging and procedure documentation.
