Restore Health is a leading U.S. pharmacy specializing in women’s health and bio-identical hormone replacement therapies, serving over 2,500 physicians with personalized diagnostic, pharmaceutical and clinical support. As the business and order volume grew, its standalone, non-integrated shipping process—manual weighing, postage meters and cubby storage—became slow, error-prone and costly in staff time and problem resolution.
Following a USPS recommendation, Restore adopted Endicia’s Internet postage solution, which provides address verification, tracking, prepaid return labels, insurance and seamless integration with Restore’s order management system. Integration eliminated double-entry and reduced errors, cut annual label purchases by about half (nearly $10,000), reduced per-order processing to roughly 45 seconds (up to 50% faster), and saved additional time by enabling USPS pickup from Restore’s facility.
