ProPack Logistics, a 19-year third‑party logistics provider in Blaine, Washington, ships about 600 packages a day (25% via USPS) for small and medium businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Their aging multi‑carrier manifest system was slow, cumbersome and at risk of failure, so they needed a web‑based, SQL‑backed multicarrier manifest solution that would integrate with their custom web WMS and speed up USPS processing.

ProPack implemented CMS WorldLink with Endicia’s API, integrating quickly into their WMS and consolidating all carrier services into one system. The new setup made domestic shipping much faster and international shipping five times faster, improving overall processing efficiency by 300–500%; it also enabled preloading of customs data, immediate label printing, lower postage and insurance costs, reduced customer inquiries via hidden postage, and turnkey carrier compliance with CMS support.
