Online Retail Store Oznium Streamlines its Shipping Process

Oznium is an online retailer founded by Phil Suslow that sells LED lighting for vehicles, homes, gaming, and entertainment. As a virtual, one‑man operation, Suslow needed a way to streamline postage and fulfillment so he could spend less time on shipping and more on growing the business.

Endicia enabled Oznium to print postage from a desktop and later integrated via its XML API into Oznium’s warehouse system, producing ready-to-ship labels with verified addresses, service barcodes and prefilled customs forms. The result: Oznium now processes about 60 packages daily—ten times the previous volume—while saving time and money with discounted tracking, insurance and seamless domestic and international fulfillment.
