Kauai Coffee Company Harvests Ecommerce Growth Using Efficient Endicia Shipping Solution

Kauai Coffee Company, a leader in sustainable coffee growing on the island of Kauai, saw rapid ecommerce growth after relocating its visitors’ center. Ecommerce supervisor Faith Soto faced a scaling problem: the company’s old postage system required manual data entry and couldn’t keep up with rising mail order volumes.

In 2009 Kauai implemented Endicia, first for international shipments and later an integrated Endicia–Nexternal solution for domestic orders.
