GreatLife International, founded in 2006 in Kennesaw, Georgia, is a rapidly growing network marketing company that sells VIDACELL, a natural functional food promoted to boost cellular energy. Rapid, international demand and a large distributor network created an urgent need for an easy-to-use, automated shipping solution to avoid incorrect addresses and delayed deliveries.

GreatLife implemented DYMO Endicia shipping software (integrated with Zebra thermal printers) to rate-shop between carriers, prepare Priority Mail labels, and update addresses daily from its central database. The result: nearly all orders (about 99%) ship via USPS, orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours, staff process more orders in less time with fewer errors, and the system scales with the company’s growth.
