Endava helped build a customizable data dashboard, integrated into the warehouse operating system, that tracked worker performance and key throughput metrics such as trucks, warehouse bays, and inventory. The solution became part of day-to-day operations and improved turn-time prediction, on-floor progress tracking, staffing forecasts, and energy/maintenance monitoring, helping establish a stronger data-driven culture across the warehouses.
