One of Australia’s largest tourism providers partnered with Endava to improve its booking experience and address CMS limitations after acquiring multiple parks, resorts, and lodges. Its existing WordPress-based platform had high cart abandonment, unclear pricing and cancellation terms, limited payment options for international guests, and content duplication issues across sites.

Endava delivered UX research, checkout redesign, and content modelling support to create a more intuitive booking flow and a foundation for migration from WordPress to Contentful. The updated experience improved conversion for bookings and memberships, reduced friction in checkout, and set the customer up for a headless CMS transition with a more flexible content structure.
