Grays, a leading Australian auction and industrial/automotive marketplace, partnered with Endava because it wanted to deliver a world-class UX across its digital products but lacked a dedicated in-house UX team. Endava provided product design, UX, and design thinking support across scope, refinement, and delivery, helping Grays improve both customer-facing and internal digital experiences.

Endava helped Grays transform a manual book-in process into a responsive web-based platform for inspecting assets, taking photos, and submitting listings, while also creating a comprehensive design system and supporting front-end development. The work delivered UX design across five digital products, user testing with 20+ staff, a 100% increase in alert notification sign-ups, and Grays’ first design system, alongside UX training for all staff.
