Endava worked with an International Charity focused on releasing children from poverty. The charity was struggling with an upcoming end-of-life platform integration, outdated software, limited resources, and a restrictive development language, all of which were delaying payment processing and putting other integrations at risk. Because the organization depends on donor support, real-time payment processing was critical.

Endava built a new backend architecture and code base, including a suite of APIs to connect the charity’s platform with international APIs, payment gateways, and its website. Endava also improved the Supporter Portal with UX/UI updates and introduced automation and phased feature releases. The result was more efficient payment processing, automated portal tasks, scalable architecture for future growth, and APIs that enabled multiple platforms to communicate more smoothly.
