Global B2B Payments Company, a global leader in B2B payments, needed to refresh its existing on-premises payments processing platform to better support higher transaction volumes, reduce payments friction, and improve customer experience. The company also wanted to introduce rules-based payments routing, support 1,000+ daily transactions, and do it all within a tight internal timeline. Endava designed and launched a modern cloud-based payments platform, building the architecture, selecting the cloud strategy and tech stack, and delivering new features with a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, developers, testers, and designers. The new platform helped the customer reduce costs and time to market, improve CX, and support growth, while handling about 1,000 transactions per day worth an average of $12M.
