Major Telecommunication Company, a global telecom provider with more than 200 million customers, wanted to create a secure virtual wallet that could aggregate content from multiple service classes and providers, adding value for both end users and merchants. Endava was selected to help deliver the digital commerce platform and mobile wallet experience.

Endava built a robust, secure application using technologies including Android Studio, JUnit, Gradle, Jenkins, and SonarQube, while integrating smartcards and NFC to move physical wallet contents into a mobile virtual wallet. The solution improved service availability and user experience, launched the Android app in three countries, and introduced non-NFC features such as coupons, membership cards, and digital stamps to support more personalized customer incentives.
