Bradken, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Construction Machinery serving the mining and resources sector, needed a safer remote monitoring solution to capture and present data from its wireless wear monitoring hardware. To support this, Endava partnered with Bradken to build a digital dashboard and application that could deliver clearer insights, improved customer support, and better visibility into the operational, supply chain, and financial impacts of wear monitoring.

Endava designed and developed Bradken Insite, an interactive dashboard that synchronizes with SmartLiner wireless wear monitoring hardware. The solution included predictive graphing, 3D modelling, data capture tools, automated dashboard summaries, wear scheduling, and automated materials bill generation, helping users monitor wear patterns, predict downtime, improve maintenance planning, and reduce downtime risk while enhancing safety, efficiency, and waste management.
