Endava worked with an Australian non-profit organisation focused on heart health, supporting more than 4.5 million Australians, to address major digital inefficiencies. The organisation was managing content across 13+ disconnected websites and sub-sites, creating high costs, inconsistent branding, poor user experience, and difficult content governance.

Endava implemented a unified digital ecosystem using Contentstack as a headless CMS, supported by Algolia search, Cloudflare Pages, Redis Cache, and a shared component library delivered through Azure DevOps. The solution centralized branding and UX with a Design Language System, reduced onboarding time for content management from days to hours, improved page load times to as little as half a second, and increased engagement through better navigation and content discovery.
