Better Targeted Trade Promotion for the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs)

The German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs), part of the German Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DIHK), needed to modernize and standardize its international trade promotion platform across a fragmented global network. With different tools and inconsistent data for CMS, event management, marketing, and CRM, DIHK turned to Endava to help build a more centralized, enterprise-ready digital experience using Ibexa DXP.

Endava delivered a multi-tenant, data-first CMS tailored to the individual needs of each AHK while enabling a standardized, centralized approach. The new platform introduced regular release cycles, onboarding for 4–5 new tenant AHKs per month, and improved usability for pilots and new users; DIHK plans to reach around 50 AHK locations onboarded by the end of 2024, with upcoming modules including a customer portal and event hub, and future CRM-CMS integration via API.
