Endai built a custom solution using BuyerGenomics software, integrated without redesigning Columbia Credit Union’s internal technology from scratch. The approach saved time and money, kept customer satisfaction ratings up, and the credit union was still using BuyerGenomics 4 years later. While using the solution, Columbia Credit Union also won the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council’s Diamond Award for email marketing for companies with assets of $500M-$1Billion.
